Once a transaction is completed and the services are delivered, no refunds will be issued unless specified otherwise.
Once your PR goes live, and digital assets (e.g., press releases, articles, media materials) have been created and published, the transaction is considered complete.
Once the publication link is generated, there will be no possibility for a refund under any circumstances.
If you have any concerns or questions before the PR goes live, please contact us immediately. We are happy to assist and address any issues prior to publication.
Once the service has started or the digital assets are created, modifications or cancellations are subject to approval and may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as failure to fulfill services or significant errors on our part. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
